E. Sai Charan Tejaswi
Shri E. Sai Charan Tejaswi, is an IPS Officer of 2014 batch borne on Tamil Nadu Cadre. He did his B.E (Electronics & Communications Engineering) from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology. He obtained Masters Degree in Police Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
He served as Assistant Superintendent of Police, Colachel subdivision, Kanyakumari District, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pulianthope district, Chennai City, Superintendent of Police in the districts of Theni, Krishnagiri and Namakkal. He led the Theni District as Superintendent of Police in achieving the National level Skoch Silver award for efforts taken in containment of Covid-19 in the district.
As the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pulianthope district, Greater Chennai Police, he received the Commendation by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu for the outstanding professional competence displayed in connection with the Historic Informal Summit between the Prime Minister of India and the President of the People’s Republic of China in October 2019.
