Dr. Ram Niwas Sepat
Dr. Ram Niwas Sepat is an IPS of 2008 batch borne on Karnataka Cadre. He did his PhD (Agriculture) from Indian Agriculture Research Institute, New Delhi.
- He has worked as ASP Kundapura Sub-division, Udupi and later as Superintendent of Police in the Districts of Kolar, Vijaypura, Bangalore Rural and Hassan of Karnataka.
- He also worked as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Administration and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime in Bangalore City Police Commissionerate.
- He also worked as Commandant, First Battalion, Karnataka State Reserve Police and Superintendent of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau, Karnataka.
- Before Joining in SVP NPA, he was Director (Security and Vigilance) in Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation.
- He joined as Assistant Director at SVP National Police Academy, in May 2021.
- He is currently serving as Deputy Director at SVP National Police Academy since March 2022.
