Training of Trainers programme for faculty of State Police Academies

Training of Trainers programme for faculty of State Police Academies was conducted in the Academy from March 02-06, 2020. The objectives of the training programme were to understand the Training Need Analysis; to understand the Competency-Based Training; to understand the Design of Training; to understand the adult learning principles; to understand the training methodologies; to understand the Integrated Training Approach and to understand the evaluation of Training. 20 officers from State Police training academies attended the training programme.
