41st Induction Training Course was conducted in the Academy from December 02, 2019, to January 10, 2020, including foreign exposure study visit to Singapore. The course objectives were to acquire an all India perspective; equip the officers with knowledge and skills required to manage a district charge, and to enable the officers to develop an understanding of modern Management Principles as applied to police work. 55 Officers from several state police organisations attended the course.
